Octoberspect is one of our Chapter sponsored continuing education events.  All of our continuing education events are approved by ASHI National in advance for Continuing Education Credits. 

Octoberspect was held early this year.  FLASHI hosted a Wind Mitigation Training Event on August 25th 2011.  The class was taught by W. H. YORK Consulting, Inc.  We had approximately 30 attend the event.   This class is one of the classes approved by the State of Florida for Home Inspectors to be able to conduct wind mitigation inspections.  

 We are now in the process of looking into our next training event.  If you have some specific training that you feel would be valuable for our members, please contact any Board member with your ideas.  We are always looking for quality education that will be of value to our members.
